What Do I Do?

As I say elsewhere, I'm a "holistic" computer consultant. I don't just come in, do one thing and then leave. I'm not the high-tech version of the typewriter-repairman. I have the ability to look at the larger picture. I ask questions that may seem odd, but that lead me to understanding more about your deeper high-tech needs. I'm your dedicated, long-term support-team and coach.

I'm deeply experienced with:

Networking, servers and file-sharing
Operating-systems
Troubleshooting and maintenance
What I don't already know about applications and utilities, I can easily find out, and explain simply.

In a technical sense, I'm the one-man IT Department for hundreds of business and individuals. They hire me only when they need me, which isn't very often. This is because once a modern Mac is set up RIGHT, it doesn't need much support after that. I can make information flow smoothly in any workgroup, and nobody is stressed-out after I do my magic!
